RL.11-12.2 Determine two or more themes of a text and analyze their development over the course of the text, including how they interact and build on one another to produce a complex account; provide an objective summary of the text.

You will divide yourself up into seven groups and each group will be assigned a section.
For each section, create one HOT question to ask the class.

Individually, identify a theme for the book.

Then, identify five songs that connect to the theme you identified.

For each song provide the following:

1 sentence summary of the song
1-2 sentence explanation of how song connects to theme
